Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962 is an American actor from the United States. Following her film debut during the 1983 film Bad Boys she became known as one of the Brat Pack group of actors. She was also in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy was awarded the Independent Spirit Award Best Female Actress for her part in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy is an American actress and an author. She started her career in film with the crime drama movie Bad Boys in the early 1980s for which she was praised. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie that also featured a number of prominent actors Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. The film's first big success was the catalyst for her to be a part of The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama from 1985. The film of John Hughes, The Breakfast Club has been hailed as being among the the best high school films. Despite the budget of one million dollars, the film's earnings exceeded $50 Million. While she was doing this the first time on TV, her television debut came in the form of CBS Schoolbreak. In April 1980, the show was first aired. The show was designed for teenagers. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are among the other series in where she's been featured. In Little Sister she makes a appearance as a guest. Also, she appears in X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film where her character is a brief cameo. Sheedy won numerous awards in 2005 due to her performances. She also was honored an MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
